Are you tired of carrying that heavy Pip-Boy around your arm? No? Ah well then… This is awkward… BUT if you are, boy do I have news for you! This is the completely new PIP-Pad! It’s a handheld Pip-boy ready for anything you throw its way!
So, jokes aside, the PIP in the name stands for Personal Information Processor. This is not something we made up. The PIP-pad is an actual thing in the fallout universe and therefore we picked the name. You can read more about the lore here.

Install using the mod manager of your choice. All compatibility patches are available in the installer.

Requirements:
– F4SE
– Mod Configuration Menu
1) Copy files ‘Data\PIP-Pad.esp’ and ‘Data\PIP-Pad – Textures.ba2’ files from archive to game Data folder.
2) In archive’s Data catalogue choose one of ‘PIP-Pad – Main XXX.ba2’, where XXX is number 180, 220 or 255. These numbers represent zoom level when you click RMB in the pipboy menu. You can see example pictures in archive’s catalog ‘fomod\images’.
3) Copy chosen ‘PIP-Pad – Main XXX.ba2’ to game Data folder.
4) Rename ‘PIP-Pad – Main XXX.ba2’ to just ‘PIP-Pad – Main.ba2’. It’s an important step!
5) Copy ‘MCM’ catalog to game Data folder.
Optional
6) Choose appropriate patch in archive’s catalog ‘Patches’.
If you need a patch for ‘Pip-Boy Flashlight’ mod then you additionally have to choose whether the source of light will be where pipboy was (though with PIP-Pad there will not be anything on your wrist) or head. Copy from corresponding folder ‘HeadEmit’ or ‘PipboyEmit’ catalog ‘meshes’ to game Data folder.
Don’t forget to enable .esp file(s) in whatever way you do.
Add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini in Documents\My Games\Fallout4:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

For versions 0.6 and below:
In your inventory you will have a holotape called “PIP-Pad”. Load it and click uninstall. The holotape can also be crafted at a chem station under utility.
For versions 0.7 and higher:
In Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) expand PIP-Pad entry, select ‘Uninstallation/Installation’ page, and click ‘Uninstall’. Close MCM (return to the game) and wait for confirmation.
If you don’t follow this step the vanilla Pip-Boy will be invisible.

Качественная замена стандартному пип-бою в духе первых частей.
Обновления:

Добавлены русские текстуры

* Сделал FOMOD
* Упаковал все в .ba2, поэтому при обновлении с версии 0.2 до 0.3, обязательно удалите все файлы мода!!!
* Удалена анимация открывания убежищ (все еще жду, пока мой аниматор завершит это)
* Исправлены ссылки в меню MCM
* Исправлена проблема переименования PipBoy в Pip-Pad
* Исправлены записи в скриптах
Конфликты и баги:
В силовой броне не работает фонарь (это исправляется установкой PipBoy Flashlight и патча для него)
Конфликтует с модами использующими FX слот (в МСМ меню можно решить конфликт)

ПЕРЕД ОБНОВЛЕНИЕМ УДАЛИТЬ МОД В МЕНЮ МСМ В ИГРЕ!
1. Специально для этого мода я сделал Fomod установщик, так что скачиваем и устанавливаем через любой менеджер.
Удаление:
1. В МСМ меню в пункте “Удаление/Установка” удалить мод.
2. Сделать чистое сохранение и удалить файлы мода.
3. Добавить себе пип-бой при помощи команд
player.additem 00021b3b 1
player.equipitem 00021b3b 1
